Due to the current restrictions in place for COVID-19, we have again increased our “in clinic” infection control protocols. We now have a client free consultation policy. This means that patients will be examined without you being present in the consultation.
We ask that, on arrival, you remain in your vehicle and call the clinic. Please do not come to the door. One of our team members meet you at your car to bring your pet inside. Your appointment will be conducted over the telephone with the Veterinarian. If medication is needed, a team member will bring them to your car along with your pet.
Please phone ahead to order any required prescription medication, food and preventatives so that we can arrange to have them ready for you to collect. Again, please call the clinic on arrival and a team member will take the item(s) out to your car.
All payments can be taken over the phone as we are currently only accepting EFTPOS payments.
We realise that this is a challenging time for many of us. Our aim is to keep our team and our clients as safe as possible so we can continue to give our feathered patients the care they need. We thank you for your patience while we try to navigate the current situation.
We are still accepting injured wildlife. The protocol is the same as if it were a companion bird; call the clinic in advance and wait in your car upon arrival.
With the ever changing situation, we will endeavour to keep our clients informed via Facebook or there is a live feed on our website.
